4/16/2008 - Great news! Aaron Pontius has returned to the Portland area, and has re-joined the personal training staff.

4/14/2008- We are happy to announce that Lindsay is back with us teaching group classes in the Annex on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Lindsay is teaching an innovative blend of floor aerobics and pilates. We invite everyone to try her new class.

We have recently resurfaced the swimming pool and hot tub and entire pool deck, check it out, it looks great!
